Free and Focused

Today I was listening to an Alanis Morissette song…

…”Hand in my Pocket”, from  the album “Jagged Little Pill” (1995) I’ve listened to that song hundreds, thousands of times, since that album was a huge hit. But today it was the first time I really heard that part of the lyrics and it hit me like a ton of bricks: “I’m free but I’m focused”.

Wow! That pretty much says it all!

Better, I would change the sentence to “I’m free and I’m focused” because only if you are truly free you are able to focus in what’s really important to you.

And to me, being free is only possible if you master your fears, in a sense that you understand where they are coming from and act directly at their origin.

Otherwise you’ll just believe you are free but you actually aren’t.

You’ll be avoiding to face your fears like if you were dodging bullets and you should move towards your dream life, not away from your ghosts!

You deserve to be free, to live your true purpose, to live your live to the fullest!
To achieve that you must be focused too. You have to set all your intention and energy to do what makes you feel really alive.

Fear Transformation will set you free.

You will no longer live your fears as if you were in prison you will see them for what they are: an expression of your perceived limitations, a mirror of your fragility points, the ones that need your attention and are true growth opportunities.

So… Are you free? And focused? Are you focused?

If not, are you willing to do what it takes to make it happen? I truly hope so!

Let me help you with that, will you?
Let’s work!
